Based in Vienna, Austria, our business model is built on an international approach combined with centralised market research capabilities. Our clients mainly reside in Austria, Germany or Switzerland. But for their search assignments they expect from us a genuine international approach: Qualitas supports clients in those regions where they have a business need. In many of the countries we have already gathered intense search and consulting experience.
Following our high-quality approach, assignments will always be handled from your mandated consultant directly, irrespective of the region you choose to work with us. In some regions or for specific industries we work with trusted partners with who we share a common vision, approach and understanding of quality. Roland Wadl
Managing Partner & Founder
With 25 years of experience in global executive search, recruitment and human resources management, Roland is driven by a passion for truly understanding what is needed to make organisations successful and prosperous, bringing a holistic approach to his work. He believes in the art of finding the best match between talented individuals and companies that share core values such as leadership, diversity and respect.
Roland is a founding member and co-owner of Qualitas Hoffmann Reed and has placed many high-profile executives in more than thirty countries across the world, from Europe to The Middle East, to Asia and the USA.
His global experience has helped him to develop a truly international mindset, enabling him to rapidly adapt to new cultures and to guide clients through challenging processes. An ability to listen to and understand a client’s needs — sometimes before they do — is a strength that makes Roland a strong, empathetic and sought-after consultant.
Roland studied psychology at the Universities of Graz and Vienna and holds an MSc. in International HR Management and an MAS in Organisational Development.
Philipp Lioznov
Consultant & Social Media Expert
Half Russian, half German Philipp was born and raised in Hamburg and came to Vienna to study Psychology at the University of Vienna. For the past years, Philipp has been working on assignments within the technology segment as well as for higher sales & marketing positions.
As a positive and energetic personality he is capable of finding solutions for any given issue and knows how to communicate his motivation and enthusiasm to candidates and clients alike.
Philipp holds a Master Degree in Psychology and is trained to become a Psychotherapist.
Hannes Edermayer
Associate Consultant
Hannes' professional background as a teacher working in both children and adult education gives him a broad perspective on how to enfold potential in candidates. As chorister at one of Austrians most renowned choirs he had the opportunity to travel the world at young age which laid the foundation for his curiosity, interest in various cultures and open-minded approach to each individual personality.
He works across most industries, preferably with a strong international background and focusses additionally on personal growth and career coaching activities.
Hannes holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the Pedagogical University of Vienna.
Dr. Rudolf Arlt
Senior Advisor and Head of the Advisory Board
Rudolf Arlt is Senior Advisor with Qualitas Management Consulting and chairs the advisory board. In this role he supports Qualitas in corporate development and high-level search mandates.
Originally having an industrial background as CEO with Zellstoff Pöls AG and later as Chief Executive Officer and Speaker of the Board with Mannesmann AG in Austria, Dr. Arlt was always active as important sponsor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. In 1998 he became CEO of Bösendorfer, Austria’s famous piano manufacturer.
Rudolf Arlt studied Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and holds a Ph.D in Economics. Rudolf Arlt received the Golden Award for Merits of the Republic of Austria and of the Federal State of Styria.
Erik Oliver Eyb
Senior Advisor
Erik Oliver Eyb is Senior Advisor with Qualitas Management Consulting supporting the company in corporate development and search mandates with a focus on Sales and Marketing functions as well as Technology.
Erik has four years of experience in Executive Search and prior to that held senior functions in the field of sales and business development with leading industrial manufacturing companies. Currently, he is Sales Director Europe for a German automotive supplier.
Erik studied Business Administration with a focus on marketing and human resources management at the University of Applied Sciences, Stralsund.
