Your Role:

• Leadership and further development of the business area

• International Direct and Executive Search within the frame of the existing market positioning and the high-quality standards of Hoffmann Reed

• Strategic and operational Project Lead as well as day-to-day handling of direct search and talent intelligence mandates (Delivery) in close cooperation with the assigned project team.  

• Functional leadership and development of the assigned team members

• Project Excellence, quality and delivery on time and in full, meeting the high-quality standards of our company

• Strong Customer Relationship Management and proactive sales activities within existing clients as well as the attraction of new strategic business relationships
